Project Engineer – Façade

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Façade to manage and coordinate façade projects from design stage through installation and project completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of façade systems, project coordination skills, and experience working in the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise façade works at project sites including aluminum, glass, and cladding systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
• Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Ensure façade installation works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Prepare project progress reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance on site.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to façade systems.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in façade projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems (Curtain Wall, Aluminum Systems, Glass, Cladding, ACP, Unitized Systems).
• Experience with shop drawings, project coordination, and site supervision.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with major façade contractors in UAE.
• Knowledge of project planning and site management.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
