We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm projects. From initial site mobilization to final testing, commissioning, and handover, you will ensure our systems meet the highest safety standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of fire fighting and fire alarm installations in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Site Management: Supervise on-site technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and manage shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, civil contractors, and Bahraini authorities.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all works align with NFPA standards and local Civil Defence codes.
• Commissioning: Oversee rigorous testing, inspections, and the final handover process to the client.
• Reporting: Maintain precise project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
• Experience: Proven site experience specifically within the Fire Protection industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with NFPA codes and local authority (Civil Defence) requirements.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the coordination skills necessary to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage projects independently from site mobilization to completion.
• License: A valid driving license is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Junior Engineer: Starting from BD 500 (Based on experience).
