Project Engineer (Fit-Out)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fit-out projects and the ability to manage both commercial and residential project execution from concept to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in project engineering, specifically in fit-out works
• Proven experience in executing commercial and residential interior projects
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and site execution
• Experience in the Qatari market is a must
• Ability to handle site activities, supervise teams, and ensure project timelines are met
• Excellent coordination skills with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Strong experience in client handling and communication
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Good command of English
• Strong personality with leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all site activities and project execution
• Ensure proper implementation of designs, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
• Handle material selection, procurement follow-ups, and supplier coordination
• Prepare reports, shop drawings follow-ups, and technical submissions
