Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer – Fitout to oversee interior fitout projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will manage site execution, ensure design compliance, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and deliver projects within the approved time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities for interior fitout projects.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate implementation.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and client teams for material submittals and approvals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of UAE experience in fitout or interior contracting projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, partitions, ceiling systems, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
