Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer (Fit-Out) with a strong background in blinds and curtains installation to join our projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality workmanship, and compliance with design and safety standards.
A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for conducting site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out projects, particularly blinds and curtains installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
• Supervise installation processes to ensure compliance with design specifications, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and inspections to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, prepare site and progress reports, and communicate updates regarding timelines, costs, and risks.
• Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, quality control, and safety compliance records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of materials to prevent damage and wastage.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, providing technical updates and recommendations.
• Enforce and monitor adherence to HSE standards and company safety policies across all site operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site / Project Engineer in the fit-out industry, preferably with exposure to blinds and curtains installation.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, and installation standards.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and maintaining project timelines and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and site coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant engineering or project management software.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior UAE experience in similar roles is highly desirable.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
