Project Engineer-Fitout

Job Title: Project Engineer – Fit-Out & Acoustic

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site / Project Engineer with a strong background in fit-out works and acoustic solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires excellent coordination skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory for site visits and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations for fit-out and acoustic projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise installation works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and compliance checks.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, costs, and risks, and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Provide technical input and support during client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures, including inspections and approvals.
• Resolve on-site technical and execution issues effectively.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site / Project Engineer in fit-out and acoustic projects.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, acoustic installations, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management/engineering software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Prior UAE project experience is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
