Project Engineer – Fit-Out & Acoustic

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site / Project Engineer with a strong background in fit-out works and acoustic solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in site management, project execution, and quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety standards. A valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory for site visits and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out and acoustic projects.

Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.

Supervise installation works, ensuring alignment with design drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and compliance checks.

Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, costs, and risks.

Provide technical input during project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Implement strict quality control measures, inspections, and approvals.

Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards.

Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site / Project Engineer in the fit-out and acoustic industry.

Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes, acoustic installations, technical drawings, and specifications.

Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and engineering/project management software.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
