Project Engineer - Landscaping & Swimming Pool Experience

PTWL is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer to manage the site execution of landscaping projects. The role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to implement landscape designs accurately.
• Oversee installation of hardscapes, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and green spaces.
• Monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers for adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, engineering standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance on soil testing, grading, drainage, and material selection.
• Review construction plans for feasibility and site suitability.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to maintain smooth project progress.
• Assist with material take-offs, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize costs and waste.
• Maintain accurate records of expenditures, permits, inspections, and compliance certificates.
• Prepare progress reports, status updates, and technical documentation for management and clients.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting risk assessments on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Project Engineer in landscaping or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, site management, and civil engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• UAE Driving License preferred, with own vehicle.
