Project Engineer (MEP)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of MEP work execution in residential, industrial, hotel and hospital building
• Well versed with drawing& specification interpretation
• Billing BOQ preparation for MEP work
• Monitoring, supervision of MEP work with QA/QC implementation
• Co-ordination with consultant for drawing &work
• Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with design requirements and building codes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team, including reviewing designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the procurement process for MEP equipment and materials, including preparing specifications, evaluating bids, and selecting vendors.
• Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP systems.
• Supervise the installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems on-site, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and schedule
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems with other construction activities.
• Provide regular updates to the project management team on the progress & financial reports of MEP works, including any issues or risks.
• Ensure that all MEP activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety within the MEP team and among subcontractors.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B-tech must have 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Excelllent problem solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in team.
• must have rich experience in handling high rise building.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
