· Analyse market opportunities and develop new customers for the company’s product and services in India
· Maintain working relationships with allocated customer accounts to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
· Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
· Actively make social media content to promote company products and branding.
· Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
· Ensure the products are delivered on time without any customer complaints and quality issues.
· Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
· Manage key partners expectations and work with them to develop customised products and services to meet our customer demands
· Ensure the entire business activities comply to ISO and other company’s procedures, local regulatory requirements and governance.
· Develop and manage other documents and requirements for the day-to-day operations like RA, MOS, project quality and execution plans etc.
· Any other jobs required to support the company growth in India.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹253,063.57 - ₹774,227.76 per year
