Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Retail Fit-Out

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Retail Fit-Out to support ongoing retail shop fit-out projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior fit-out works for retail , with strong skills in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with quality and HSE standards.

Job Title: Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Retail Fit-Out

Work Location: City Center, Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)

Salary: QAR 6,500 (All-Inclusive)

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day
• 6 days per week

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Project Engineer / Site Engineer with experience in retail fit-out projects . The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities and ensuring that fit-out works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and retail fit-out works
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Manage installation and finishing works within retail shop environments
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works
• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Candidates currently based in Qatar will be preferred
