Key Responsibilities:

Plan, scheduled, organized, controlled, and evaluated construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.

Liaise closely with the design/engineering team and ensure the final design is timely developed and client approval is secured.

Prepare technical data sheets, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, requests for proposals, and other construction-related correspondences and reports.

Develop detailed project plans and regularly monitor actual progress against established schedules and budgets.

Ensure that all the Company policies and procedures for ISO and OHSAS are strictly followed and maintained.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs and ensure variation orders are communicated timely to the clients.

Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle, analyze them, and ensure an effective response plan is implemented.

Perform project closeout walk-throughs with the client and verify that all project closeout documents and punch list items are completed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

University Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in Project Management pertaining to water, wastewater, and industrial effluent, with at least four of which as Project Manager. PMP certification is a plus.

Experience with a manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable.

In-depth Technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment process and its equipment - Mandatory.

Working Knowledge of Health & Safety.

Pro at Cost & Risk Analysis, AUTO CAD, ISO Knowledge & PM Software.

UAE Driving License is required.
Language Skills:

English - fluent is a must.

Arabic - preferable.
-
German - would be an additional.
