Project Execution Specialist

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions, on behalf of a reputable client, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Execution Specialist to ensure the successful execution of projects across Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil domains.

Location: Sahiwal (On-Site)

Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 150,000, based on relevant experience

Key Resposibilities:

• Ensure smooth and timely execution of projects in accordance with approved plans.
• Monitor project milestones and track deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact execution timelines.
• Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical matters to project leadership when required.
• Ensure effective communication and timely escalation to management in case of deviations.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, HSE policies, and execution protocols.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project execution roles.
