Project Executive

Polin was founded in 1976 and has completed more than 4.000 waterpark projects in 120 countries worldwide since its establishment. We are now looking for a Project Executive (Proje Yöneticisi) with at least 7 years of experience to take part in the management of our committed projects.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

We are seeking candidates who have the following qualifications:

• Graduated from universities with a degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering,
• Experienced in managing international projects for at least 7 years,
• Fluent in English, capable of proactive communication with international customers,
• Experienced in planning, project management, or site management of contract-based projects involving construction or installation, with skills in planning, coordination, direction, control, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle,
• Proficient in MS Office applications and AutoCAD,
• Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul (Kozyatağı, Bostancı, Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla) region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with contractual terms, within the targeted budget and timeline, and performing necessary implementation and supervision activities,
• Managing projects according to their objectives, scope, budget, and plans,
• Establishing and managing communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Coordinating project documentation processes,
• Sharing the shipment schedule and assembly plan with production planning and ensuring the determination of lead times for engineering, production, procurement, and shipping operations,
• Following up on the transmission of necessary information to the planning department to prepare the project work schedule,
• Providing periodic updates according to the department’s activity plan,
• Carrying out activities in line with project management methodologies throughout the planning, operation, control, and closure phases of projects,
• Identifying project risks and planning actions,
• Managing and reporting on projects in compliance with budget and timeline targets,
• Ensuring the fulfillment of project quality requirements and contractual commitments,
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with project plans,
• Managing collections according to the contractual terms,
• Conducting site and customer visits as needed.
