Project Finance officer

Job Description

• Support Project lead and Plant engineer to Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support Project lead to Identify and evaluate project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Liaison between the Project team and finance department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate with Project Lead, Project consultant company and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to project teams and senior management and consultant company.
• Capable of projecting P&L and cash flow based on Sales Projections and other cost over heads.
• Project project break even,Pay back,ROI,IRR ,NPV ,net profit expectations and project feasibility and support Project Planning with the consultant company and Management

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in finance or cost accounting
• Project management experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
