Project Head

AJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Developing ,Implementing and Monitoring all systems and Processrelated Planning ,Designing ,Contractors Procurement and Execution of the Project.

Monitoring the project Progress and other project parameter at site and Reporting toMIS Preparing for Cash Flow and Budgeting for the Project, Evaluating and Approve ConstructionMethods. The Project Delivery [Time-Cost-Quality-Safety].

Project execution as per specifications, tender & Conditions of contract. Co-ordinationbetween Civil, plumbing, electrical and other services. Indenting of materials approval,Indents, MPS, Voucher’s, Delays and events lookup, Review Drawings & get clarificationsfrom Architects/Consultants.

Prepare detailed construction schedule for meeting the mile stones & completion of targetswith the project manager.

Develop the construction methodology, including resource identification, key Milestonesetc.at the stage of project commencement.

Prepare Projected P & L statement for the Project Monitoring and review project delivery through follow up timelines and activitiesscheduled, resource allocation, quality assurance, cost for project delivery andtechnical aspects.

Guide and give technical direction to the execution team Personally checkups layout marking along with structural designer and Confirm to furtherprogress Preparation/evaluating quotation of work orders .

Reading and interpreting drawings. Getting quotations from vendors, suppliers & making comparison statement &negotiations.

Estimation of exact quantities for the project for all supply items including consumables.

Should be able to interact with various EPC/Architects/consultants. Send/Receive Correspondence on progress & day to day operations.

Arrange prog ReviewMeetings and any other meetings as required time to time Ensure that the minutes ofmeeting are prepared circulated immediately. Ensure all relevant reports are sent on time &be responsible for correctness.

Delegate Work fronts to all sub-ordinates on day to day basis& monitor their performance. Single point Contact for all Agencies related to the Project –sub tasks. Overall responsibilities for all allocated works as per management, QA/QC co-ordination,Safety co-ordination and implementation, planning, tracks, maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
