Job Title: Project Head – Civil
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, execution, and management of civil construction projects
- Complete site supervision and control of all construction activities
- Preparation, evaluation, and finalization of project proposals and estimates
- Quantity Surveying (QS), billing (RA & final), budgeting, and cost control
- Planning, scheduling, tracking, and monitoring project execution as per timelines
- Handling and administration of civil contracts, contractors, and vendors
- Client coordination and regular communication regarding progress, variations, and approvals
- Identifying, resolving, and mitigating project hindrances, risks, and delays
- Efficient labor allocation, productivity monitoring, and workforce planning
- Verification and monitoring of labor cards, statutory compliance, and site records
- Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and review meetings
- Managing and leading project teams across technical and operations functions
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Supporting team retention, motivation, and performance management on projects
- Ensuring timely project completion within approved cost and quality parameters
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, execution, and construction management
- Proven experience in proposals, QS, billing, budgeting, and civil contracts
- Strong client communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage large project teams, contractors, and labor forces effectively
- Experience in handling site challenges, delays, and operational hindrances
- Strong technical, contractual, and operational coordination skills
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
