Project In Charge / Facilities Manager

Location: Riyadh
Department: Facilities Management
Reports to: O&M Manager

Role Summary
Manage soft & hard FM services, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations in line with SLAs & KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)
• Oversee soft services (cleaning, waste, pest control, security)
• Manage site teams, contractors, and daily operations
• Ensure HSE compliance and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or Facilities Management
• 3–5 years FM experience with MEP knowledge

Work Conditions

• Site-based role
• Shifts/weekends or emergency call-outs may apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼6,500.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
