Project Logistics Coordinator

Respond to and acknowledge all emails and faxes from principals or clients promptly.

Plan and coordinate daily logistics, marine, and shipping activities, including shipment clearance, delivery, and storage.

Ensure all project transport and operational needs are arranged and executed efficiently.

Maintain continuous communication with clients, contractors, authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with internal departments for necessary support services.

Verify that all expense-related documents are received from service providers and posted for DA (Disbursement Account) finalization.

Update SAP/Fiori systems accurately with all services rendered against each DA.

Ensure timely submission and organization of shipping, delivery, and expense records.

Foster strong working relationships with clients, service providers, vendors, and internal teams.

Support the team by taking initiative and maintaining operational discipline.

Willingness to work beyond office hours as required to support critical operations.

Efficient coordination between clients, service providers, vessels, vendors, authorities, and internal departments.

Timely and accurate documentation and system updates.

Smooth execution of shipping and logistics operations.

Strong communication and client relationship management.

Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, marine, or shipping operations.

Exposure to cost, expense management, and invoicing processes preferred.

Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems (preferably GEM ARK).
