Requirements

• Project management, business administration, engineering, or related field graduates of 2025 are eligible to apply.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in creating project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Help maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports, and other relevant documents.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Track project progress and update project plans and schedules accordingly.
• Assist in identifying potential issues and risks and propose solutions.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of project management software and tools.
• Support quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
