On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned it and communications company, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist who is an Arabic speaker, to oversee project planning and execution management. In this pivotal role, you will be the owner of the integrated project plan, ensuring its accuracy, timeliness, and successful delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met for both individual projects and at the account department level. The ideal candidate is a principled and proactive professional with a strong background in telecom project management.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Planning & Execution (Project Level):

Own the end-to-end project plan, from preparation to execution and monitoring.

Develop project planning rules and organize the creation of the project master plan, integrating plans from all third parties.

Ensure the feasibility and interconnection of the master plan with all supporting functional plans (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.).

Organize and guide functional modules to implement the integration plan, ensuring the timeliness and completeness of progress data (planned vs. actual).

Regularly monitor project progress, identify deviations, develop actionable solutions, and drive issues to closure.
B. Financial & Operational Monitoring (Account Department Level):

Monitor the execution of project financial tasks against the department's targets, providing timely warnings and implementing controls for cost, revenue, and quality risks.

Lead the deployment and operationalization of the account department's project digital tools.

Take ownership of the online data quality for all projects within the department.

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
For experienced candidates: A minimum of 3 years of project management or project control experience
with specific experience working on Huawei projects.
For exceptional fresh graduates: A relevant degree with internships or project work in a related field will be considered with CGPA of 3 and above

Languages:
Fluent in both Arabic and English
(written and verbal) is essential.

Process Knowledge:
Familiarity with key business processes such as
LTC (Lead to Cash), MCE (Manage Customer Engagement), PMP (Project Management Process), and SD (Solution Design & Delivery)
.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using corporate IT tools and project management software. Familiarity with Huawei's project management tools and platforms is a significant advantage.

Project Management Skills:
Demonstrable skills in
progress management, communication management, quality management, and subcontractor management.
Preferred Skills:

or equivalent is highly desirable.
