Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional who can effectively manage software delivery projects, facilitate agile processes, and drive successful outcomes. You must be highly organised, a strong communicator, and comfortable working closely with developers and stakeholders.

You will play a pivotal role in project planning, tracking, and ensuring delivery on time and within scope. Proven experience in managing software projects using Jira and/or Azure DevOps is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and facilitate software development projects from initiation to delivery
• Act as Scrum Master for development teams, ensuring agile ceremonies are executed effectively
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks
• Maintain and report on project status using Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Support the establishment of processes as the company scales and prepares for office-based operations
