Project Manager

About the Role:
WigaTech is a leading provider of 2D animation, graphic designing, and web development services. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in managing projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Freelancer.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients via call or chat on freelancing platforms, ensuring clear understanding and meeting their expectations.
• Speak fluent English with a proper accent.
• Coordinate and collaborate with office resources, ensuring tasks are well-defined and aligned with client requirements.
• Translate project scopes, milestones, and objectives clearly to team members.
• Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accountability across the team.
• Utilize knowledge of animation, graphic designing, and web development as needed to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) with a professional accent.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, delegation, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate and motivate in-house resources effectively.
• Basic understanding of animation, graphic design, and web development is a plus.
