Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within defined scope, and with high quality.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; track progress.
• Manage scope and schedule changes using proper verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Collaborate with APMs and PMs on process improvements.
• Report progress and escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required; Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in software.
• Preferably 1 year as a software developer or strong technical understanding.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with JIRA, Asana, or similar tools.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (On-site)
