Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have to go out and market to restoration companies, management property companies and network to bring new business and run their own projects including estimating per job. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize project management software such as Salesforce.

Experience
Candidates should have a proven track record in project management with experience in the following areas:

• Supervising teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with program development processes and business process modeling.
• Proficient in budgeting, cost control, risk management, and scope management.
• Experience with data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
