Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management, with preference given to candidates with fit-out experience. A PMP certification will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction and fit-out projects.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and local regulations.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and mitigate risks to avoid delays.
• Drive cost control and value engineering throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction project management (fit-out preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
