Scope of Work: Project Manager (Marketing)

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for support the planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects end-to-end. With 3–4 years of experience, the candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires both strong project management discipline and a solid understanding of marketing principles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support in managing marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Applying research and analysis based on media performance as directed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads Manager, hootsuite, HubSpot, SEMrush, Tableau/Power BI) to track c and optimize activities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
  • Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project and campaign management.


Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in project management with exposure to marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing (digital and traditional).
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
