Job Summary

The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in delivering expert financial and accounting solutions within a hybrid work model. With 8 to 10 years of experience the candidate will leverage their domain expertise to drive impactful projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mortgage banking or financial IT preferably working directly with Empower LOS

Strong understanding of residential mortgage origination processes

Lead endtoend project lifecycle planning execution monitoring and closure

Manage crossfunctional teams across geographies

Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and client confidentiality especially in MA contexts

Create and manage product roadmaps and backlogs

Define and prioritize user stories

Drive process reengineering and legacy system modernization

Liaise with business technology teams and endusers

Conduct executivelevel reporting and stakeholder communication

Lead functional and user acceptance testing

Coordinate release planning and user training

Experience with data mapping API integrations and vendor systems

Agile and SAFe methodologies including Scrum

8-10 years experience as a PM and Familiar with Azure Dev Ops JIRA and Confluence will be a plus
