Project Manager

Tumarms Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within telecom or VoIP-related domains, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers, software developers, QA, Vicidial specialists, and design teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring compliance standards.
• Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders and senior management.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom/VoIP-related projects (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, Asterisk/FreeSWITCH, WebRTC, Vicidial, and related systems.
• Solid background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
