Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Fit-Out Project Manager will oversee the complete execution of interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The role requires managing project timelines, budgets, client coordination, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met at all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute interior fit-out projects from design to completion.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Prepare and present progress reports, cost tracking, and status updates to management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Lead project teams and supervise site engineers, foremen, and other site personnel.
• Oversee final handover, snag list closure, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior fit-out project management (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
