Job Description:
We are a Project Manager directly with clients through calls and video meetings. You will oversee projects in our core niches (web development, graphic design and mobile apps), ensure client satisfaction, and help grow our business through strong sales and communication.
Responsibilities:

• Handle projects from planning through delivery in all our service areas: website dev, graphic design, mobile apps, marketing
• Upsell additional services to existing and prospective Upwork clients
• Conduct client meetings via voice and video calls to gather requirements, give updates, and manage feedback
• Create proposals, timelines, budgets, and progress reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers and developers) to meet project milestones and quality standards
• Maintain documentation, track deliveries, ensure clients are satisfied and kept in the loop

Requirements:

• Proven 2 years experience as a Project Manager or similar, preferably with exposure to freelancing marketplaces like Upwork
• Good understanding or experience in website development, graphic design and mobile app development
• Strong upselling and negotiating skills
• Excellent English (written & spoken) communication skills
• Comfortable with client calls and video meetings.

shift timing =11 am to 7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
