Project Manager

We are looking to hire a Project Manager with 12 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the United Arab Emirates.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 12 years of proven experience in project management within the construction sector.

At least 5 years of experience in managing projects in the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and approval procedures.

Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary project team.

Strong expertise in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic

Valid UAE driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of construction project from start to completion.

Coordinate between consultant, contractor, supplier, and government entities.

Prepare and review technical and financial reports for senior management.

Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.

Monitor performance metrics and enforce corrective actions where necessary.
