Project Manager

Overview

The Role We are only considering candidates who have worked in the UK, US, Europe, or Australia / New Zealand. You'll be joining a boutique interior design and architecture studio delivering some of the most high-spec residential projects in the region. From planning through to completion, you'll be responsible for driving project delivery across multiple luxury villa and private home developments. Working closely with the internal design team, you'll coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that every stage of the build reflects the design intent. You'll be leading on sequencing, mock-up reviews, quality inspections, and site progress, while also supporting the Senior Project Manager with cost tracking, technical oversight, and programme control. This is an ideal role for someone used to working on demanding, detail-driven projects where quality is everything.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery across multiple luxury villa and private home developments from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure the build reflects the design intent at every stage.
• Lead sequencing, mock-up reviews, quality inspections, and site progress tracking.
• Support the Senior Project Manager with cost tracking, technical oversight, and programme control.
• Collaborate with internal design teams to maintain alignment between design intent and construction execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years' project management experience on ultra-high-end residential projects (private homes, villas, penthouses, etc.).
• Studio-side, consultancy, or client-representative experience preferred, ideally with close collaboration to design teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, sequencing, and site management in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE experience is a plus, but not required.
• Confident communicator with strong coordination skills across site teams, consultants, and designers.
• Degree-qualified in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining quality at every stage.
• Currently in the UAE or open to relocation.
