Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Role:
1- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
3- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
4- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
5- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
6- Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.
7- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
8- Facilitate team meetings, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration.
9- Maintain documentation, contracts, and project records.
10- Manage client communication, expectations, and satisfaction throughout the project.

Need to Have:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role in Fintech Industry.
3- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
4- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira).
5- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).
