Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the day to day site activities. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment by managing administrative systems, supporting staff, and coordinating with various departments. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office and site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain and update internal systems, records, and documentation.
• Should be a Team Player and be well versed in procurement.
• Act as point of contact for Vendors, service providers, Facilities, Government agencies
• Organize and coordinate office procedures, meetings, and events
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and time-off tracking.
• They should have the leadership qualities, should have the willingness to travel to various construction sites.
• They should be capable to handle multiple sites.

Education : BE Civil Engineer 7 to 10Years experience as a Project Manager.
