Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple web, mobile app, and design projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and content teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Monitor project progress using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with the QA team to ensure testing, debugging, and final deployment meet required standards.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and implement revisions effectively.
• Drive innovation and process improvement within the project management function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing app, web, and digital design projects.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile app development, and UI/UX principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
