Lead the delivery of long term technical projects/programs to ensure objectives are met according to plan, schedule, and budget to meet business objectives.

Accountabilities

  • Project manage the implementation of initiatives and lead cross-departmental projects related to operations efficiency projects linked to ley performance indicators.
  • Identify, communicate, and support implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the operations division.
  • Effective management of stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner with the line department to drive sustainable change.
  • Ability to develop and implement change management approaches as part of the project delivery.
  • Support the development of business cases to support the cost / benefits evaluation of proposed projects to ensure its feasibility.
  • Create, monitor, and update project work plans to ensure requirements are managed and projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Communicate key messages to the project sponsors and stakeholders to drive effective decision making.
  • Analyse and review change requests to ensure impact on timelines and budget is properly evaluated.
  • Report on key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders to ensure critical areas are addressed on time and in the best manner.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure major risks and issues are highlighted and managed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to developing / improving policies, standards, core processes principles, to ensure continuous development of Project Management methodologies.
