Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and coordinate day-to-day project execution across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review and validate design drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings to ensure full compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor and control project schedules, progress updates, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to achieve project targets.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Oversee site supervision activities to ensure construction works meet required quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical, coordination, and scheduling issues in collaboration with engineering and site teams.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, inspection requests, and other key project documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in cost control activities, variation assessments, and preparation of technical correspondences.
• Ensure strict adherence to project QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations across all work fronts.
• Contribute to project planning, forecasting, and risk evaluation to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, and construction management (GCC experience preferred).
• Proven track record of working on large-scale or technically complex construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, industry codes, and relevant engineering standards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and project stakeholders.
• Valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
