Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress using appropriate tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations effectively.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout all project phases.
• Adjust workflows, schedules, and plans as needed to accommodate evolving requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance regulations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
