About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 5–7 years of proven experience in leading large-scale software and technical projects from planning through delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead diverse teams while effectively collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with business insight, helping clients align projects with organizational goals and market opportunities. This position also involves identifying areas for added value, guiding project growth, and ensuring solutions achieve measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Define project objectives and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Prepare detailed project plans, technical documentation, and solution diagrams for development teams.
• Monitor project execution, focusing on system integrations, APIs, databases, and adherence to technical standards.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on project scalability, long-term growth, and market impact.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and additional value creation.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans for development teams.

Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management

• Track project progress and provide regular updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and quality while assessing technical implications.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to architecture, integrations, and scalability.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership with clear recommendations.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Adapt to multiple roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master as required.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, automation, and industry best practices to enhance delivery strategies.
• Promote process improvements and implement lessons learned to optimize project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with significant leadership exposure in software or technical projects.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to align business needs with technical delivery and advise clients on strategy and scalability.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for business growth and added value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience
