As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute our projects efficiently from initiation to completion.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out works in the UAE. This role involves overseeing all phases of project execution — from planning and procurement to on-site coordination and client handover — ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations for joinery and interior fit-out works.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor progress on-site, ensure quality standards, and manage subcontractors and labor teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all job sites.
• Track project costs and prepare regular reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7–8 years of UAE experience managing joinery and interior fit-out projects (Mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and production timelines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
