Job Title: Project Manager – Kids Playground Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, design coordination, installation, and delivery of kids playground projects. The ideal candidate will manage playground construction and fit-out projects, ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end playground projects (indoor & outdoor) from planning to completion
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams
• Ensure playground designs comply with international safety standards (EN, ASTM, or local regulations)
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Supervise site works, installation, and quality inspections
• Coordinate material procurement and logistics for playground equipment
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safe working practices on site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or installation issues
• Ensure timely project handover, documentation, and client approval

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience in playground projects, fit-out, construction, or amusement equipment installation
• Strong knowledge of kids playground equipment, flooring, shade systems, and safety surfacing
• Familiarity with safety standards (EN 1176 / EN 1177 / ASTM F1487 preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Valid driving license (A MUST)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in indoor soft play, outdoor playgrounds, water play, or theme park equipment
• Understanding of child safety, risk assessments, and inspections
• Vendor and supplier management experience
• UAE / GCC project experience is an advantage

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
