Project Manager

Manage new product development initiatives as structured projects, ensuring adherence to approved scope, timelines, and budgets.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for all assigned projects.

Coordinate with R&D, Design, Production and Procurement, teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions as required.

Facilitate project governance, including reviews, and approvals with management.

Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and timelines to Directors and Committees.

Ensure proper documentation, change management, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Support resource planning and ensure effective inter-departmental coordination.

Close projects formally by ensuring all deliverables are completed, documented, and approved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
