We are seeking an experienced and well organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects for maintenance dept. and be hands on. This role is vital in driving project success from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for project management excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects
• Communicate and facilitate duties as needed
• Experience in all around projects, handyman, painting
• This is a working manager role that combines project coordination and hands on maintenance

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and overseeing small projects with hands on maintenance duties.
• This role ensures property repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance are completed on time, safely and to standard
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
• Use tools and equipment effectively
• Respond promptly & schedule service requests and complete work orders efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with other team members on larger projects as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person services.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, including an Ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while supervising
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects as necessary
