Project Manager

A major healthcare technology business leading a digital transformation programme in Saudi Arabia are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream health information system implementation, on time, on budget and to a high quality standard.

What you’ll do

• Own the delivery plan from initiation through build, testing, go-live and closure, ensuring formal acceptance/sign-off at each stage
• Lead day-to-day execution: mobilise resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery against milestones and contractual commitments
• Set clear objectives, govern scope, and run strong quality controls across the full lifecycle
• Manage stakeholders across customer leadership, clinical/operational teams, technical teams, and third parties; escalate risks, issues and variances early with options and recommendations
• Track delivery health (time, budget, forecasting, progress reporting) and ensure obligations from all parties are monitored and met
• Travel to customer sites regularly as required

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience delivering integrated healthcare technology programmes with multiple workstreams in a customer-facing environment (public/government and/or private sector)
• Strong track record owning the full project lifecycle, including go-live
• Solid healthcare domain knowledge; experience with EMR or HIS is highly preferred
• Hands-on capability managing resourcing, time tracking, budget control, and forecasting
• Confidence leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and communicating effectively at all organisational levels
• Experience delivering large fixed-price engagements is a strong advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), ideally with 10+ years managing large, complex healthcare IT projects
• Recognised PM certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or PMI
• Good understanding of software implementation processes; senior-level management training is a plus
• Professional fluency in English
