Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing exhibition and event projects from concept to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved designs and client requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end exhibition stand and event projects.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical plans before production.
  • Prepare project timelines, schedules, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with production team, foreman, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project budget and control costs.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout execution.
  • Conduct site visits and supervise installation and dismantling.
  • Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Submit project progress reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with venue rules, safety standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Project Manager in exhibition, events, fit-out, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of exhibition stand fabrication and event execution.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQ.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
