*Job Summary:*

Lensures Creative Studio is seeking a skilled and organized *Project Manager / Operations Lead* to oversee project execution, team management, client coordination, and overall office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and high-quality output across all client projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage day-to-day office operations and internal workflows

* Lead, coordinate, and monitor team performance

* Plan and organize office activities and schedules

* Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination

* Develop, manage, and monitor content calendars for clients

* Create task sheets, assign responsibilities, and track progress

* Prepare monthly operational and performance reports

* Compile and analyze *team performance reports*

* Create professional *onboarding presentations (PPTs)* for new clients

* Develop *pitch decks and proposal presentations* for prospective clients

* Oversee project execution and ensure operational efficiency

* Guide designers and videographers with clear creative direction

* Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all creative outputs (designs & reels)

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

* Proven experience in project management, operations, or team leadership

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Excellent communication and client-handling skills

* Sound understanding of social media, content planning, and visual standards

* Ability to coordinate effectively with creative teams

* Proficiency in reports, documentation, and presentations

* Experience in a creative or marketing agency is preferred
