Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects in the Data Center, Real Estate, Industrial, and Residential sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling: Develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules using specialized software tools, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal use throughout the project lifecycle, taking into consideration constraints and project demands.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress against the schedule, identifying any delays or issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives and timelines.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and track project expenses to align with the financial framework.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Primavera P6, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in planning engineering within the construction or related industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. Additional certifications in project management or planning are advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project planning and management tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
