Project Manager

We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee operations, maintenance, safety, commercial performance, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities ensuring efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture and conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

People Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams.
• Manage workforce planning, performance management, and staff development.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Commercial & Financial Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue targets, and profitability.
• Oversee contract administration, variations, and client billing processes.

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and support tendering processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or maintenance.
• Proven experience in managing operations, maintenance, safety, and commercial aspects.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• PMP certification is an advantage.
