Project Manager Position
Department: Projects / Construction
Qualification: BE (Civil) / DAE (Civil)Experience: Minimum 8 years (preferably in High-Rise Building Projects)
Age Limit: 35 – 45 Years
Location: Hubco Power Plant

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering real estate construction projects (apartments, houses, and high-rise buildings) within defined cost, time, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete execution of high-rise and residential construction projects.
• Ensure project completion within approved budget and timeline.
• Monitor cost control, material consumption, and labor productivity.
• Strong knowledge of labor rates, material rates, and market pricing.
• Supervise and coordinate with:
• Quantity Surveyor
• Site Engineers
• Supervisors
• Surveyors
• Labor Teams
• Review BOQs, IPCs, contractor bills, and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure quality control as per project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to Head Office.
• Identify site issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Excellent knowledge of construction methods & high-rise structures
• Budgeting & cost control expertise
• Project scheduling & planning (MS Project preferred)
• Strong communication & reporting skills
• Problem-solving ability under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
